Our assignment was to shoot a portrait so I decided to shoot a portrait of a tree. On the hunt for my perfect tree I stopped at a nursery to take a look at bonsai trees. As I walked the property, I couln't help noticing this enormous and magestic tree. I walked around to get a better view and staring right back at me was a big eye nose and mouth. This tree was a gift from the photo gods. It had rained that night and into the morning so the moss on the tree was very vibrant. The tree has not been photoshopped. I only removed the wires in the background.
